Those who proudly call themselves “Neon Dragon” were once a branch of a Pan-Asian corporation. With Crossout approaching, the attempts to escape its effects have led to the mass cybernetization in their ranks.

The Syndicate uses abandoned high-rise buildings as their bases. Their bright, flamboyant armored vehicles are visible from afar, and with technically advanced weapons, they quickly proved that the “dragons” are not the ones to be trifled with.

Heaven’s blade

In the ranks of the Syndicate, commanders are rarely discussed. Such liberties can lead to the loss of a finger or even a whole hand. But no one can protect themselves from rumors. According to the data that the Seekers managed to find about the Syndicate’s representative in the Valley, very little is known about his childhood. Some say that Heaven’s blade was found by the Syndicate members on the streets of an abandoned town when he was a child. Others believe that he is the son of a high-ranking member of the “Sinto” corporation. Those who are wiser are afraid to assume anything at all.

It was the elders who tasked Heaven’s blade to find and destroy the “cradle” of the Ravagers. But even he had to prove that he was worthy of the mission in the Valley. Rumors say that to do so, Blade ruthlessly “cut the throats” of his former comrades, who also sought the favor of the elders. To receive such an important assignment is the highest reward for a member of the Syndicate. Especially if one can prove his loyalty and test his strength in the process.
